What to Expect

  • Size: Each Peer Leadership Group comprises four to six nonprofit executives from similar organization types. Each group is hand-selected to align with your organization’s type, size, and challenges.

  • Length: We meet monthly for one hour, following an experience-sharing format. Each participant presents a real-time challenge or opportunity, and the group offers feedback, perspectives, and insights based on lived experience. This structure fosters mutual support, allowing leaders to gain clarity, explore solutions, and leave each session with actionable ideas.

  • Outcome: Because our discussions are built on shared experiences rather than abstract advice, each leader gains clarity, confidence, and actionable ideas.
